Breathe Counselling recognizes that every individual may be challenged with issues that can be difficult to navigate due to their day to day pressures. Sessions are provided in a non-judgmental, safe space, giving people the opportunity to open up and share their story to figure out what shapes their experiences and how patterns appearing in their thoughts and feelings about themselves can be looked at.
Through guidance and challenging perspectives intertwined with confusion and overwhelming feelings, the goal of each session is to reach one’s acceptance of self-worth and trust that clarity and stability is possible.
